😊: The instructions were clear. We could park the car next to the apartment building. The owner was responsive to messages.. 😢: It was a cold evening and the apartment was very cold and smelly. There was no proper heating in the bedroom. The only heating in the apartment was in the living room and it was an air-conditioner, which heats the air but not the apartment. It was awful. Too expensive for this part of town. Eventually, we did not stay in the apartment, we booked a hotel in the city center, which was 30 euros cheaper than this horrible apartment..

😊: Reasonably close to two metro stations ,so we could explore Toulouse. Good parking so we could drive to Carcassonne and get back in. A comfortable bed and sofa-,bed. Pauline was responsive and helpful, although some of our replies were undelivered on the booking system. .. 😢: The only lighting in the lounge was too bright for evenings and one of the bedside lights didn't work..
