😊: Nice first impression, made the most of the space in a small apartment but heat was a real issues…….. 😢: Parking was a major issues, major heat problem inside the apartment lead to very little sleep. Woke up to Ants crawling all kitchen area floor, cooker, front door entrance & rear door area. Cleaning issues need addressing, washing machine draw front missing, needs redecorating..

😊: Great location near to ‘downtown’ Angers with easy access on foot. Well equipped ground floor apartment with cosy bedroom, kitchenette and lounge area. Cedric is so friendly and helpful and very responsive. No air conditioning but he provided extra fans.. 😢: Parking is limited outside on the street - just a few spaces with payment for daytime use, we used it but other users can park too close and block you in if you’re not careful. It was a case of watching for available space and getting in quick! Other parking (free) was some short distance away which we didn’t try as we wanted our car close by..
