😊: Excellent communications from the hosts, made us feel very welcome. The flat is compact but is comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location with lots of good restaurants around and various parking options within easy walking distance.. 😢: The pillow in the bed were a bit lumpy and could do with replacing, but they were still ok..

😊: The location was perfect, everything is a few minutes walk from the apartment. The entrance is secured, and the keys were easily accessible. Communication was clear from the host.. 😢: There was dust and hair on the bathroom floor, near the bed, and on the coffee table. Additionally, there was a strange odor from the bathroom, likely due to inadequate ventilation. The washing machine was still on when we arrived, which didn't bother us, but the laundry inside must have been wet if left untouched in the washing machine. The bed and couch were extremely soft, especially in the middle, so it wasn't easy to sit or sleep comfortably. We stayed only one night so we didn't buy coffee, but it would have been nice to find some in the morning..

😊: We really liked the location, and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The hosts communicated well and made everything easy. The kitchen was well equipped, with tea and coffee provided, and there were plenty of plug points throughout the space, which was very convenient.. 😢: The check-in time was quite late compared to most places, which usually allow check-in from around 2 or 3 p.m. We arrived around 11 a.m. and had to wait several hours before being able to check in, which was inconvenient. Upon arrival, we found that the bed sheets were torn at the corners, and only one large towel and three hand towels were provided for two adults. There was also only half a roll of toilet paper available, which was a bit distressing. Additionally, while the sleeper couch was mentioned as an option, there was no linen provided for it, and it was very uncomfortable — essentially like sleeping on the floor. Overall, these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected..

😊: The location. 😢: The pics are not representative. It was not so clean and lots of noise from the streets. The bed is also not really good.

😊: Perfect stay in Reims, it's very comfortable space.. 😢: The bed was too soft for our liking. But that's it. Everything else was perfect..
