😊: Good location and good internet.. 😢: Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely dirty. This seems to be an ongoing issue, as there are many similar reviews. Unfortunately, I did not notice this in advance. The owner seems unable to resolve the problem. Luckily, I only stayed there for one night, as I felt extremely uncomfortable. The bed linen was covered in stains and black hairs, as was the floor. It may have been used by another person before me. The surfaces were not dusted. I had to clean the table first in order to put anything on it. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. In the shower, I placed a cloth on the floor because I did not have flip-flops and did not want to touch the floor. I didn’t use the kitchen either. It was also dirty. Additionally, the owner did not respond to my questions. He contacted me when it came to the review. When I told him that the apartment was very dirty, he said he would take care of the issue. This apartment could have been absolutely excellent. With the renovation, it could have been really beautiful. However, if it is not properly maintained, all of that is pointless. Very disappointing. I travel to Chartres regularly, but I will not stay there again, even though the location is good..

😊: Perfect location in the very center of the city, right behind the UNESCO Cathedral. The apartment has a small kitchen with everything you may need.. 😢: It was cold, especially floors in the bathroom, and the heating wasn’t warm enough..
