Le Chic d'Adam - À côté du parc de la Pépinière

😊: Location was good. 5 mins walk to square. Could park outside if there was space, for a nominal amount.. 😢: The main reason for my review is that we chose this apartment for the fact it has a washing machine as we were travelling around France. On arrival, the washing machine handle was broken and absolutely filthy inside. Clearly hadn’t been used for a long time. On contacting the Agent over several days, we were fobbed off by several different people with excuses and told it was being dealt with asap. We stayed 4 days and it wasn’t dealt with. I also pointed out that the extractor fan was on 24/7. Curtains didn’t fit the windows, so daylight all night long. A few other minor problems. The property needs some attention. Was happy to leave.

😊: Excellent location for walking to Place Stanislaus, shopping and restaurants. Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment.. 😢: Nothing to complain about..
