Le Clos Pichot - Studio avec balcon, parking privé - 5mn Gare

😊: J’ai passé un excellent séjour. L’emplacement de l’appartement est particulièrement pratique. Le balcon est magnifique et la vue est superbe. La proximité du parc et des espaces verts est un vrai plus et rend le cadre très agréable. L’appartement était parfaitement propre, très bien organisé et toutes les informations nécessaires étaient clairement indiquées. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à mon arrivée : café, thé, eau et quelques gourmandises, qui m’ont fait me sentir la bienvenue. Je me suis sentie très à l’aise dans l’appartement, comme à la maison. Le parking est très pratique et facile d’accès. Une boulangerie se trouve juste au pied de l’immeuble, ce qui est très appréciable, et le centre-ville est accessible en quelques minutes. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.. 😢: comme il faisait assez chaud pendant mon séjour, j’ai dormi la fenêtre ouverte et le bruit de la circulation était un peu perceptible. Par ailleurs, je suis davantage habituée aux arrivées et aux échanges plus automatisés proposés par certains hébergements. Les messages du propriétaire, toujours très courtois et bienveillants, ainsi que la remise des clés en personne, m’ont simplement un peu surprise car cela correspond moins à mes habitudes. Cela n’enlève rien à sa gentillesse et à sa disponibilité..

😊: Central, safe, compact studio with good private parking and your vehicle is visible from the balcony. All amenities present. Excellent Patisserie next door open 7 days a week for bread and cakes. Close to Cathedral and restaurants.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Everything was fine in the apartment. Someone below wrote that they were happy there was toilet paper, and I was shocked — not that there was toilet paper (because there was), but that there were cotton ear swabs available! That’s amazing, that alone should be 10 out of 10 points.. 😢: A minor downside was the TV — I couldn’t install some streaming apps like Apple TV, and I also couldn’t cast streaming from my phone to the TV..

😊: Comfortable and clean small appartment, pleasantly decorated, a lot of amenities - almost all one could need during a travel, easy to find, building well maintained.. 😢: Lack of spare garbage bags, small storage space - a lot of the limited space was already occupied by cleaning materials, towels and linen stocks ( forbidden to touch:). To receive the keys was a little bit difficult - no one answers the given phone number, no Viber and Whatsapp.
