Le Clos Saint-Patrice by Melrose - Two-Bedroom Apartment

Eccellente
#128578; Appartamento grande, accessoriato dotato di tutti i confort. Posizione ottima.Vicinissimo ai negozi
#128577; La pulizia delle scale e dell"androne del palazzo lascia molto a desiderare. Non è un buon biglietto da visita.

Fijn verblijf voor rondreis door...
#128578; Ligging
#128577; Kussens waren zacht. Beetje rumoerig wanneer de ramen open stonden ‘s nachts

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY
#128578; I was unable to stay at this property because I could not access it - so I can’t comment on anything in the interior.
#128577; I was unable to stay at this property because I could not access it. Finding it in the first place was challenging because there was no signage anywhere that aligned with the name we were given. When we finally found it, the directions given in the email for accessing the key in a key box did not work on any of the 3 key boxes. I tried texting and messaging via Booking but there was no response, and there was no one at the property to talk to. I tried calling but got a message that the phone ...

Good place but for this...
#128578; Location . Good level of services with good amenities. Well decorated. Nice cider bottle offered . Very good guest handbook with a lot of information in digital and paper version
#128577; Commun areas are very dirty. Not cleaned every day. Communication is crazy ( text messages from 2 phones, WhatsApp, booking platform). At the end the lockbox code was changed the last day and not the same as the one communicated the day before. Above neighbor felt his apartment ( from Melrose) was dirty and started hovering at 030 am. I had to get up to stop him

Basic stay
#128578; The location was the best part of the stay. It was conveniently located in the center of Bayeaux across from the Saturday market and near many shops that were handy for our stay. The host guide was pretty helpful with information about the local area and restaurant recommendations.
#128577; The apartment wasn't as clean as we liked. The bathroom had many services covered in dust and the towels and bedding didn't seem very fresh. We actually re-laundered everything and needed to purchase our own laundry soap to do so. Also there were no dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher. The building was also not very clean or well-maintained. It was a basic stay that was fine for our needs but there were no creature comforts to speak of.
