Great modern renovation within a characterful old building. Very spacious with lovely large garden and great pool to the back and river to the front. Great facilities in Ducey, just over the bridge with a super creperie. Easy travel to Mont St Michel and other key destinations.

We had to cancel our trip at the last minute as our daughter had a high fever. This was after the last possible date for any refunds (which was fine and in accordance with the booking conditions). I told the management company that we were not arriving straightaway. However the management company Cocoonr, made it impossible to get the large cleaning fee back. They asked for impossible actions - Vrbo has no option or button to cancel at the last minute. They would not respond to my requests for help.
