😊: If you want to stay in Nancy, you need to stay in this refurbished, modern townhouse which is both high-end and luxurious as well as very welcoming. You have the added extra of a lovely, well-sized and well-tended garden area with various seating arrangements, hot tub and boule/péctanque pitch. The underfloor cooling system was invaluable during June's heatwave; it kept the property at a constant low temperature throughout. This Eco-house is filled with every gadget you would ever need from surround TV, washer/dryer and a superbly equipped, modern, stylish kitchen, with appliances and utensils located in every drawer. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also excellently equipped and very comfortable, with the top floor having a walk-in bathroom. Everyone slept very well indeed. All the toilets are Japanese in style, both flush and bidet incorporated together and are worth a go. The owner is an excellent and very friendly host, meeting us personally when we arrived at the property to give us a full tour and to explain the property's full qualities. Their communication with us before and during our stay was very good. Despite the weather we used the hot tub which is a brilliant addition, again built to a high standard, and cleaned after every guest has left; we used the boule/péctanque pitch which was really enjoyable. Overall, with the host's friendly welcome and the exceptional qualities of this property, it has a very lovely atmosphere and feel as a place to stay. For what it is, it is certainly exceptional value for money.. 😢: Nothing. For us, the property was perfect and exceptional and we had a really lovely time staying there..
