😊: The property is spacious and has a great location. We spent one night as a family (couple with our 1 year old). Our baby slept in the baby cot in the living room: we used our own baby monitor. The stay was great for us for one night to be able to visit the city quickly, the free parking was very helpful and was nice to sleep.. 😢: When we arrived, we followed the instructions to come in the apartment, but the first step (ringbell) did not work, fortunately they came quickly to fix it installing a new key box outside. It would have been easier to immediately get the key box code for the next morning (as we were planning on leaving early), but it took a while to get a message with the code. Fortunately it arrived the moment we were about to leave. The place it's great, maybe I would ask the cleaners to clean it a bit better and to fix the shower drain. Otherwise all good and great! 😊.

😊: The location is fantastic and having parking nearby for a small car is real plus.. 😢: Access proved to be a problem as the front door did not work so we were left stranded in the street waiting for one of the neighbours to come home. The owners were absolutely useless, did nothing to help and didn’t listen when told what the problem was. Not knowing if you can actually access the apartment you have rented caused considerable anxiety. No offer of compensation or even a proper thanks for two days of our break being messed up and losing our valuable holiday time while we waited in for their inadequate repair guy to turn up and reach the same conclusion we had 24 hours earlier. The apartment also needs a good clean. The toilet skirting boards, light switches and freezer drawers were all in need of some attention. There was no fan as advertised and it was a heatwave. The kitchen utensils were lacking. For example, no spatula. How could someone cook breakfast or stir something? Trying desperately not to be negative but this was such a let down for an apartment in a fabulous city and a great location. I do hope the owners learn from this..
