😊: Perfect location - close enough to the city center, a little bit outside of the city center for car parking -- just perfect location. Well-maintained, clean place.. 😢: An elevator would be a great addition to the building..

😢: Parking - my car ended up towed because parking was not permitted on Saturday Morning..

😊: House was lovely and clean and a brilliant location for all areas of Colmar we could walk to the old town and all the shops and markets. 😢: The apartment was at the top of the building up a lot of stirs fine for us but could be a problem for others.

😊: Very clean, spacious and warm place, perfect for a group of people. Well equiped with a lot of acessories. Quiet neighborhoud, a waking distance to the city center..

Tolle Unterkunft für eine große...<br>#128578; Wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für eine Gruppe. Sehr sauber. Ausreichend Platz und Geschirr, das locker 2 x für 10 Personen reicht. Kostenfreie Parkplätze rund um die Wohnung. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt von Colmar. Um die Ecke ist Samstags ein sehr netter Markt, um frische Zutaten zum Frühstück oder auch kleine warme Gerichte zu kaufen. Klare Empfehlung!<br>#128577; Der Herd ist in die Jahre gekommen und passt so gar nicht zur restlichen Ausstattung. Dieser könnte erneuert werden. Man muss wissen, dass es nur eine Toilette gibt (die ist aber getrennt vom Bad) und im Wohnzimmer schlafen bei voller Belegung vier Personen auf zwei Doppelsofas. Man sollte sich daher schon gut kennen. Für uns hat das alles so gepasst.

He was rude and told us he is in military(like we care?). Very unpleasent experience.
