😊: Accommodation was clean and comfortable,. 😢: I would have liked an easy chair, and a step to help reach the higher shelfs of the kitchen units..

😊: This is a simple property, not luxury but sufficient. In our case it did the job required and was warm, inexpensive. It was clean in terms of the bathroom and bedding/linen and general cleanliness. The owner uses an agency to let it out and communicate with guests, at first it was not clear and confused us, but they were very responsive to any questions we had.. 😢: I was not too keen on leaving a deposit via my credit card as I had never been asked to do this before via Booking.com. We were worried that it was going to get complicated or was at worst a fraud. I contacted Booking who reassured me that this was a bona-fide owner. We took videos on arrival and on departure to prove that all was left as we found it, there is noone to see you on arrival or departure, hence the videos to avoid any potential dispute..

😊: The property is well located for what we needed The price was a good value compared to all the other properties or hotels we saw around Staff were very helpful when contacted by phone. 😢: This was our second time staying. The first time everything was wonderful, but this second time the apartment was not clean, dishes and pans were dirty, kitchen and bed linen were dirty. We could not use the kitchen because a lot of things were not properly cleaned. We understand that the guests are the ones responsible of cleaning things when using them (as per property rules) but I think the owners should either verify this after every stay and clean if it’s not properly done or hire a cleaning company to pass by every time a stay ends. There were only two coffee capsules for an entire week of stay..

😊: We contacted the staff on the phone and they were really helpful and very nice to us. Even if we did not meet the owner everything was very well explained, they took the time to create a dossier with information, recommendations and introduce themselves, we really appreciated it. The appartment is nice and cozy, refurbished and well prepared for winter days. It had everything that is needed.. 😢: It would be nice to have a stronger lighting. It would be nice also to add something next to the cooking corner, as there were a lot of stains on the wall from previous cookings..
