Le Cocon du Parc - Charmant T2 neuf au calme

😊: This apartment is exceptional value. It is very comfortable (super bed) and very well equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Marvellous for us overnighting between the Alps and St Émilion. Everything worked well. We were on the back of the building and it was very quiet. The parking next to the building was full, but we found a place on the street nearby. It was very dog friendly. The town has a pretty main street with a very nice, friendly bakery. (Viera). 😢: We knew, so it wasn't a surprise, but it is a second floor apartment with no lift. So a bit of a struggle for us to get us, dogs and light luggage up the stairs (which are quite lovely incidentally) . And arriving tired from a day's driving, we were a bit confused, initially as to which building it was and then where the key box was. The name Cocon du oarc didn't seem to appear anywhere, but if I had concentrated on it being number 5 I would have done better. And I didn't see the video regarding where the key box was until we had already been helped to find it by other kind tenants. Once we were in, we were very pleased with it. It does feel as if your comfort has been attended to..

😊: Very nice and cozy apartment.We had anything we needed for our stay. Very close to the city centre. Definitely will chose this location when we visit again..
