😊: Very central location, easy to find. Close to the train station. Quiet neighbourhood.

😊: Only location. 😢: The first day we arrived, we noticed that the bedsheets were stained. There were only two towels, which were also stained. There was hair in the bathroom, no shampoo or soap provided, and no trash bags available. Overall, it was a complete disaster. The property responded by claiming everything was clean and said we could change the bedsheets ourselves, as extras were supposedly in the apartment. They only replaced the towels with clean ones. The next day, just five minutes before we were about to leave the apartment, a pipe broke and water started flooding the room. We were unable to stop it for about 10 minutes because the property was not responding to our messages or calls. Water got everywhere, and we had to spend around 1.5 hours cleaning to prevent our belongings from getting damaged. They eventually sent a plumber to fix the issue but refused to refund our money so we could leave the apartment. Later, they confirmed a refund for only two nights, but since then they have stopped responding to my messages. There has also been no response from Booking.com. This experience completely ruined our trip..

😊: The accommodation was nice, looks like on photos.. 😢: The accommodation was nice but the trouble we went through I don't want anyone to go through the same thing. Staff were ignoring our calls. Gave us a wrong code so we couldn’t get in. Didn’t give us back deposit of 200€!! Still trying to work it out but we are loosing hope!.

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; L’endroit où se trouve Le Cocon Lita-Palace est idéal, très bien desservi grâce à la Gare de Vaise qui se trouve juste à côté, L’appartement est très confortable ainsi que très bien équipé, La communication avec le personnel en cas de problème été optimal, Je vous le recommande vivement en cas de séjour
