Le Cocon Lumière

😊: At least there’s a bed in the room and at least the door look like locks (look like). 😢: Ultimate nightmare nothing good to say about this property firstly no email for instructions I arrived at the location and nothing, no keys or instructions, I had to call and wait in the cold for 30 minutes to finally get someone who spoke absolutely not my language, explanations more evasive than the others, the key is hidden near the place, the door to the room was not even closed when I arrived, it was cold, the cleaning was not done and there were many problems starting with holes in the mattress and the duvet, no towels, no heating inside the room, no hot water and a ventilation that made a loud noise all night long 100CHF For one night? Really? It was a disaster from start to finish, no apology from the hotel, a disgrace get away !!!.

😢: Upon check-in I noticed the room didn't come equipped with a TV. But that didn't bother me as I was only needing the room to sleep in and was out most of the day. Later in the day after checking out I was accused of stealing a TV and a coffee machine? Quite baffled as to what an international tourist would do with a stolen TV and coffee machine? They allege to have footage of two men leaving the apartment with it, but will not show it. I suspect it is just a scam to strong-arm money out of tourists. They can go to the police if they wish, my location is tracked and logged with my phone and I can guarantee the "footage" will not show me at all. The police will just laugh in their faces. Nonetheless! Avoid the hotel like the plague!.
