Le Cocon-proche Rennes - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Very conveniently located for exploring Brittany. We even went to watch Stade Rennais and the bus after the match dropped us very close to the apartment. Very close to the Super U in Le Rheu. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sofa was also comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of room in the fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster and, most importantly, a kettle (as well as a coffee machine that we didn't use). Access to the building was straightforward, including a lift to get to the first floor.. 😢: As mentioned in other reviews, none of the blinds worked, the curtain in the bedroom didn't completely shut, which made it difficult to get complete darkness, Having no sink in the toilet was a little annoying, but it wasn't far to the bathroom (or the kitchen) to use a sink. We wondered what would happen if there were no parking spaces left in the parking area immediately outside the building, it wasn't clear whether it would be possible to use the underground car park. If not, then it could have been quite a walk to get to somewhere to park. We messaged the host for clarity on this, but we did not receive a response..
