😢: The studio is located on the top floor of a building with no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up was very difficult. Inside, the place was beautifully renovated and lovely. The bedroom and living room were separated, and the kitchen was well-equipped, so it seemed to have everything needed for a short stay. We thought it was a great place and went to bed, but the next morning, my friend who slept on the sofa bed woke up with multiple bedbug bites and suffered for the rest of the trip. While the main bed in the bedroom was clean and comfortable, the sofa bed definitely has a problem that needs to be addressed. It was a nice property, but the bedbug issue ruined our experience..

😊: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Pont-Audemer! The value for money was outstanding – only €85 for two nights – and we couldn’t have asked for more. The location is perfect: right in the heart of the charming old town, with a large supermarket just a five-minute walk away and plenty of small restaurants nearby. We even found the best pizza we have ever eaten at Pizzeria Castello, which we can recommend without hesitation! The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful details. The bathroom and shower were modern and felt brand new, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. When we arrived, the table was already set for us, which was such a warm and welcoming touch. Parking was also easy – free street parking right outside, and there was always a spot available. The check-in process was simple and stress-free, and the hosts were fantastic: very responsive, kind, and attentive. They even prepared a folder full of recommendations for things to do in the area, which we found very helpful. We also loved how quiet and peaceful it was at night, making it easy to relax after exploring. From the windows, the view was lovely – no dull backyard, but a charming outlook that added to the cozy atmosphere. Staying here was also the perfect way to experience the authentic charm of Pont-Audemer, often called the "Venice of Normandy." The little canals, historic houses, and warm atmosphere of the town made the experience unforgettable. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pont-Audemer!. 😢: The only minor things we noticed were really small details. There was no hand soap provided, but we bought some and left it for future guests. For taller people, the shower and bed might feel a bit small – this wasn’t an issue for me personally, but my boyfriend felt it a little. It could also be nice to have two separate blankets, since we had one large one and one of us got a bit cold at night. Finally, adding a few basics like sugar, olive oil, or vinegar would make cooking even more convenient. Coffee was provided, which was great, but there was no sugar or milk. All of this is really just complaining on a very high level – overall, we had a fantastic stay and these were only very minor details..
