Le Cocon - T2 Cosy hypercentre

😊: Location was good.. 😢: 2/10 The only reason this isn’t a 0 is that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. Other than that, the experience was disappointing, and we won’t be returning. We booked for three people, and the host was aware of this, yet there was no bedding for the third bed (the sofa). There wasn’t even hand soap available. The worst part was the towels (don’t be fooled by the pictures lol) - they claimed to provide them, but only left two for three guests. They even sent a message saying to let them know if we needed anything, but when we asked for an extra towel, they simply ignored the message (yes, ignored because they saw it). We had to go out and buy one ourselves. If you’re not willing to offer a decent experience, maybe you shouldn’t be in the hospitality business at all..

😢: Christophe I rated this property just to get your attention. We did not stay there simply because we were not able to get access. We followed door access directions multiple times with no luck and despite making contact with the given number, in both French and English. After 3-4 hours we abandoned and found accommodation elsewhere. We were extremely disappointed as the location was appealing, and I trust that the deposit that was taken will be returned..
