😊: Fabulous location, right in the heart of old port of Lanvallay - views across the river, quick access to restaurants and the all-important boulangerie, and easy walk up the quaint cobbled streets into Dinan old town. Easy private parking nearby. The hosts were excellent communicators, check in was easy and quick. Would thoroughly recommend Le Cocon!. 😢: Just a small caution for anyone with small children or elderly guests - both steps of stairs inside the apartment are very steep and hard to navigate - there is a fabric stairgate on the top flight of stairs but not the middle one..
