Le Cœur de Strasbourg - à 5min de la Cathédrale

😊: Lovely hosts, explained everything and was flexible with my late arrival. Quick to respond and there when I needed it to accommodate me. And I cannot not mention how clean it was. I usually stay in hotels for this trip and I must say, it was cleaner than a hotel. Lovely! Thank you.

😊: Location, nice room. 😢: The staff! I could not lock the apt door and I called the staff 5 times, WhatsApp him few times and he only reverted to me 25 min later. I was about to go out and waited 25 min for him to tell me the method for locking the door as the door is somewhat spoilt. The instruction written on WhatsApp was incorrect too! All other times he replied me within 2 mins. I called him and his partner and both refused to pick up my calls! So I missed the sunset at la petite France and next day was cloudy no sunset! Wha a pity just cos of the door and the late reply! It just took him 1 min to tell me the method to lock the somewhat spoilt door so why is he made me wait 25 min?.

😊: Great communication from the lovely hosts Simon and Louise. Very welcoming and friendly. The accord is sooo close to everything! Get off the tram and walk across the road!. 😢: Sooo close to everything, clean, tidy, modern, well kept and homely.

😊: The apartment looked exactly like the photos - very clean and in a great location. There’s a grocery store right across the street, which was super convenient. Some reviews mentioned street noise, but we didn’t find it too bad. It was a bit noisy in the mornings, but nothing major or disruptive. The check-in process was easy, and the host met us in person to show us around, which was a nice touch. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!. 😢: N/A.

😊: Great location, easy walk to the Cathedral, Petite France 🇫🇷 etc. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Apartment is in a secure building. The ammenities are fully functional, all recently renovated. We’d stay here again.. 😢: The apartment was uncomfortable due to unseasonably hot weather. The owner agreed to providing a fan. Can at times be a little noisy. An iron & ironing board together with a fan would make this the ideal place for a couple to stay in Strasbourg..
