Le Colbert - Appt moderne pour 4 voyageurs

😊: It was clean inside, bright lights. 😢: The location and the fact there was no lift, and also the fact there was parking inside the building but you couldn’t park inside you have to find parking outside.

😊: Nice and modern apartament with two good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. Towels and Iron included, which was nice. Close to to supermarket and restaurants.. 😢: There was no instructions about flat number and we had to guess which out of 8 flats it is, by trying to open all those doors. Key to apartament was located approx. 100 metres away from the buiding and we have found it only by a miracle, with a little help of complete stranger. There was no instruction or information about key location outside the building. On top of this contact phone was not answering. Few bugs in the bathroom, but generally clean and tidy place..

😊: The location was a good surprise, tucked away safely from the main road with the tram, restaurants and a big supermarket within 2 minutes. I even found an edgy theater play at MC93, and went for a cycle ride along the canal on shared bikes within 5 minutes of the flat. The area does seem a bit rough first, but I always felt safe and the flat is very comfy, with everything you need for a few days and good beds. I might come back with the kids to take advantage of the football and basketball courts behind the building and be in Paris within ~40 minutes.. 😢: 4th floor without a lift.

😊: faced little difficulties to get key.. 😢: neat & Clean need to maintain more..

😊: The contact person is very accomodating in answering our questions.. 😢: A bit far from the centre but understandable. I would suggest also to maybe change the bed as it is too soft for me..
