😊: Stay away. It's a SCAM. We were scammed for 240 Euro! The place is uninhabitable, not least because the front of the apartment was broken and could not be locked. (And the door opens directly onto the street - probably one of the worst streets in Rouen, in a bad neighbourhood.) When we informed the host that we were leaving (for our own safety), he at first claimed there was nothing wrong. Then he claimed it was us who had thrashed his apartment. He refused to refund us and then became abusive, then stopped answering messages. Our bank is pursuing him and the agent for fraud. WHAT A NIGHTMARE.. 😢: Do yourself a favour - book somewhere else... Anywhere else!.
