😊: The style was lovely and very clean everything you need is provided. 😢: I thought the €300 deposit was too much to ask for I paid for 5days and the extra €300 coming out can leave people short of money it’s too much...

😊: Quiet location, spacious, practical, with everything we needed for a short stay with a designated parking spot inside the property.. 😢: We had to wait almost an hour to get our access entry code after having arrived (after check-in time). I had to call several times and was asked to send proof of my 300 Euro deposit, which I had made two days earlier (the cost of the stay per se had already been paid upon booking). The cell phone reception was terrible and it wasn’t possible to download the photo of the screenshot to send it via Booking. I called yet again and told the concierge, who never said her name until I asked if she had one (Marie, she said) the transaction number via phone and it took about 45 minutes until I finally received the code, after I begged her to send it via What’s App. We didn’t even know where we had to punch it in, but luckily the very nice neighbours across the street were on their balcony and explained it to us. We had been told via a Booking message that we would automatically get the access code one hour before check-in time. We were tired and it was very frustrating, annoying and unwelcoming..

😊: The accommodation was very cozy and comfortable. Well maintained and clean apartment. The on-boarding process was shared beforehand and was very easy to follow. Since it was a self check-in, we could arrive at any time at our convenience. I would recommend it 100%.. 😢: The toilet is in the top floor of the apartment. This was not clear in the pictures and description. This was a little problem for my mother as she has trouble with her legs climbing stairs..

😊: Good location and private parking. 😢: Not fully cleaned in the kitchen and other areas of the appartment.
