Le Coquet climatisé avec balcon Terrasse et parking - Apartment with Balcony

😊: Location great. 5 mins from town. Terrace very nice. Great view. Bed was comfortable.. 😢: Terrace carpet has never been cleaned. We had to empty and unclog the vacuum cleaner before we could use it on the terrace. No toaster. The 2 pan scrubbers were disgusting. Unusable. I know this is self catering but there were no filters for the cofee machine, no washing up liquid, no toilet rolls, no bottle opener / corkscrew and the cutlery looked like it had been bought at a car boot sale. We never got the TV in the bedroom to work as there were no instructions for the satellite boxes..

😊: The location is amazing. Lovely views. 😢: They don’t provide you with bedding - that’s really important to note. And it was dirty outside on the balcony, dust everywhere. The air con didn’t work and they only provide you with one loo roll and no toiletries..

Très bien, nous reviendrons volontiers...<br>#128578; L'emplacement à deux pas du centre ville de Sarlat, l'appartement spacieux et lumineux, le calme de la résidence pratique pour promener notre toutou, la place de parking et le grand balcon.<br>#128577; La climatisation manuelle bruyante qu'il faut déplacer de pièces en pièces pour tenter d'avoir un peu de fraîcheur, il fait très chaud dans l'appartement où il n'y a pas de volet sur les grandes baies vitrées mais uniquement des stores. C'est notre seul bémol.

😊: Self contained unit. 😢: 2 seater lounge stained. Crockery cupboard doors fell off. Old, stained outdoor seat covers. Couldn’t use those. I tiny piece of soap for 2 people for 3 days. Only 1 half of a toilet roll. Very uncomfortable wire outdoor furniture. Absolute bare minimum. Rock bottom basic room. 30 euro for linen and towels. No aircon, however there was a portable unit which was very very loud. The large exhaust pipe must be outside and then you cannot fully close the balcony sliding door letting mosquitos and moths in. No fly screen on any windows. Manager said well it’s nature, shrugged his shoulders with a Couldn’t care less attitude. This unit could be wonderful if not for lousy furnishings and lousy management. How about a decent starter pack on arrival with a little long life milk in the fridge..
