😊: The property was lovely and clean. Lots of room. Very cool in the oppressive heat outside. Sophie was very helpful ensuring everything was right for us. Great views. 😢: No boulangerie close by!.

😊: +nice location +we had everything what we needed +clean +internet and hot water 25/7 +nice kitchen +comfortable bed. 😢: Communication. It was just not helpful at all. We have received a lot of PDFs and the instructions were good and clear. I tried to keep the host updated about our arrival time in case of any possible problems, but she/he seemed to be annoyed by this. Then, we had a problem with our parking spot, which was not available, as we arrived. The answer was “may be in the next day it will be free” and that they are not aware of it. Direct questions like “are we safe on another spot?” were not clearly answered. There’s renovation work going on on this floor and it smells not nice; smoke is drifting in through the open bedroom window (you could say please be aware and do not open the window). The builders are slamming doors and we were woken by the sound of a vacuum cleaner. It’s impossible to sit on the terrace because there’s renovation work in the neighbouring garden. The owner replied that they are sorry, that they weren’t aware of the renovation work, and that they themselves would be moving into the property after us. I don’t know how that information was supposed to help us. Was I supposed to feel better because of it? The description states that horse riding is available. When asked if they could recommend anything, they said they had no connection with horses themselves and advised us to contact the tourist centre. So why mention horses at all? P.S. my husband had an allergy caused by the feather pillow. Ce n'est pas très joli..

😊: Apartment lovely in lovely neighbourhood. 5/10 mins walk to beach/town. Apartment very clean& spacious & kitchen equipped for cooking/preparing meals. Fabulous terrace/garden & suntrap in afternoon right to evening. Secure garden for our dog too. Private parking in front of apartment. Trouville lovely town & easy walk into Deaville. Nearby Ville Ville /Honfleur lovely too but need car to go there but not far to go as daytrip.. 😢: Nothing to comment. Loved Apartment/Trouville..
