😊: Nothing in particular. It was an overall disappointment.. 😢: No 24 hour front desk, as indicated on booking.com Ridiculously high microwave reachable only by a stool. Cell like with barred windows overlong depressed street. Basketful of electronic wiring and vacuum shoved in corners. No storage to unpack except small clothes rail..

😊: Cosy designed apartment perfectly located in the centre and prime location of Lyon..

😊: Lovely stay in beautiful Lyon.. Best location close to major sites and main shopping streets. Perrache station for flixbus 800 meters away to visit neighbouring french towns. Highly recommended. thank you. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Very well organized room, very cozy and clean. 😢: Ground floor, so when you open windows - you can be seen by others including people on the street. The stuff will not take an extra mile to help you. Read information they send carefully. In my case I was expecting soap and shampoo to be available, but I was told that they provide it for 1 day only and that should be enough for me..

Super séjour à lyon!<br>#128578; Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’emplacement qui était idéal pour tout faire à pieds (sinon, également proche des transports), l’appartement comportait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et était joliment agencé. On a adoré le principe de récupération des clefs et apprécié toutes les explications mises en place via vidéo pour que tout soit facile pour nous! Le contact avec le propriétaire via message était aussi très fluide, même si on ne l’a pas rencontré il était facile à joindre!<br>#128577; Il y a eu un petit problème au niveau du ménage que j'ai signalé au propriétaire (faisant appel à une entreprise il n’était peut être pas au courant de la qualité de cette prestation), il a tout de suite fait le nécessaire auprès de la société , donc pour moi le plus important était sa réactivité. Sinon rien à signaler de négatif!
