😊: Gorgeous apartment! Clean and bright in a fantastic location. The owners had thought of every comfort guests would need. I felt very at home and would have loved to stay longer. Gregory is a delightful host!. 😢: Nothing comes to mind! Check-in was easy, everything in the apartment was in good working order..

😊: Gregory was very kind and always responded quickly to our messages. However, it seemed that he was not located nearby. The issue with the heaters not turning on or restricted hot water were a serious one, and in such a situation, I believe it would have been appropriate for someone to come and check the problem in person. On the positive side, the kitchen area and washing machine were usable and convenient. I sincerely hope that improvements will be made regarding heating and the shower system. Gregory did respond to us, and most of the basic information matched what was provided in advance.For these reasons, I would like to give this stay 2 points.. 😢: Most of the information provided was generally accurate; however, the shower room was unbelievably small — around 80 cm square. As attached, the size is almost the same size with provided towel. I wish accurate photos had been uploaded in advance officially. Regarding the bathroom, once the bathtub is filled, the hot water tank runs out, leaving no hot water for the second person. In our case, the second person had only cold water. After waiting about three hours with freezing, hot water became available again, so the second person had to take a shower around 1 am (with short time). From the second to the fifth day, we were afraid to fill the bathtub at all and had to rely on very short showers instead. I also cannot recommend staying here in winter. It is extremely cold. Although there are three heaters, there was no way to turn on by ourselves. The temperature and the switch appears to be controlled remotely, but in practice, you should assume that the heating does not work. It was genuinely freezing. In our case, only one of three works, but it does not enough. We constantly had to wear a down jacket with an additional outer layer even indoors. Issues such as the stairs and low ceiling are already mentioned in other reviews, so those were expected. However, the most troublesome issue by far was the cold. Combined with the small bathroom with limited hot water and cold room, the experience felt more like staying in a military facility or a student dormitory than a holiday apartment. In the bedroom, the heater seemed to be broken and could not be operated even remotely. The nights were particularly cold and genuinely uncomfortable..

😊: The host is amazing, communication went really well. The apartment itself is taken care of, it's clean and cozy. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, there is even a wachine machine in the apartment. Location is great, only 7-10 min walk to Versailles, a big grocery shop just a few steps away, several restaurants are around the corner.. 😢: The bed is narrow, only 140 cm wide, so it wasn't very comfy for 2 adults and 1 infant. And the apartment doesn't have the elevator, so it was rather difficult to climb the stairs with an infant every time. Also, it's in the attic, the ceilings are very short, and before you get used to that and to the triangled-shaped edges, you might have hit your head several times :).

😊: Fully equipped, recently renovated, very light atmosphere (which is supported by white coloring of furniture and doors), perfectly located for visits to Paris centre by RER (30 min.) or by SNCF to Chartres, 10-minute-walk to Versailles palace. Market and market halls nearby. Our family of three would choose it again! PS: my photos show the Gypsothèque of Versailles palace, 8-10 min. walk from the apartment. It seems to be unknown to typical Versailles visitors. Only few other visitors. Great place!. 😢: If you are taller than 180 cm you might bump your head at one of the roof beams if you are not careful. But only on the first day of your visit, then you get used to avoid it..
