😊: The "loft" vibe. But in fact the accomodation is uncomfortable, needs maintenance, no kettle and hairdryer. If it had cost 20% less, it would be fine. I recommend to choose other one, cheaper and located in the downtown for the same price.. 😢: 1. Owner - they are trying charge me for unwashed plates which I left (leaving in rush) 2. Policy - to make it possible - to charge you for something - they requires a deposit 150€ which was seemed suspicious from the very beginning. According their policy if you haven't checked our at 10am they will charge you for 50€. However , you can "buy" a late checkout for 12pm just for 5€. Why would not include that 5€ in the base price and do not use "hidden condition"/"small print" methods? For obvious reason - they will not be able to take your 50€ otherwise. 3. Maintenance - accomodation's condition is worsen than the picture (not poor, but in addition to all) 4. Floor is cold as ice. Because it's stone, making it very uncomfortable for winter time. 5. The bed, the mattress in the rubber cover what makes annoying loud sounds when you flipp over in night 6 No kettle (ridiculous for winter) 7 No hairdryer (was delivered by request, thanks) 8. No any side table/shelf at the first floor, so the sofa will be in your clothes and stuff all the time PS as I discovered later, I could have booked similar place in downtown with big TV, and even nicer view for the same money..

😊: Spacious apartment with sufficient facilities, possibility to park on the street.

Cosy porte bien son nom...<br>#128578; L appartement très cosy très bien décoré et on a tout ce dont on a besoin.... le plus très apprécié la Clim .... parfait et très calme on a passé deux jours vraiment sympa on reviendra qd on sera de nouveau sur Grenoble sans chercher ailleurs pour sûre MERCI et la communication parfaite recup clés et code impeccable<br>#128577; Allez s'il y avait un truc à dire serait rajouter un couvercle de casserole....😉 et peut être une petit marche supplémentaire qd on descend du lit mais vraiment du détail tout était top.

Eccezionale<br>#128578; Tutto perfetto. Grenoble è una città molto accogliente e ospitale. Ristoranti e trattorie hanno superato le aspettative. L'appartamento era molto carino e confortevole. Ottimo per due persone.
