😊: There's a private parking. It is at a walking distance from Place Stanislas.. 😢: A lot of the facilities of the apartment need maintenance - the main entrance door handle was in a bad state, the door to the bathroom couldn't be closed normally without using force, the shower holder was broken and you couldn't adjust it to a specific height. Apart from that - the space in the apartment is really badly utilised - both sides of the bed are either near a wall or near a totally unnecessary shelf, which makes it really cluttered. No place to leave your toiletries except on the floor, which I assume is obvious for the owners, since that's where they left shampoo and shower gel. Overall - it seems like it can easily be improved to feel much more comfortable. I know the rest depends on other owners as well but the common areas of the building weren't maintained at all. There was bad smell and spider webs everywhere. That leaves a very bad feeling when getting to the appartment..

😊: The space is well managed and equipped. The flat is close to Place Stanislas and the owner is communicative and helpful.. 😢: The sofa looked a bit less maintained..
