😊: It could be a lovely little studio, but there are a few issues that need sorting. Good quality bedding.. 😢: Please note, it is very tiny. Bathroom pleasant. Tiny kitchen area. A little worrying that a door in that area wasn’t locked, but wouldn’t open fully, as there was something behind it - furniture in another room/apartment? I didn’t feel particularly safe. The bed is a sofa bed, but very easy to erect. Fills the ‘apartment’ once up Good quality bedding, but fitted sheet was not quite big enough for the bed, so it makes the mattress bend up. Having now spent a night on the sofa bed (I woke up numerous times), it is not comfortable. It is not flat - the head of the bed is higher, and it dips in the middle. Just a flat bed would have been lovely. Pleasant outside area with small table, but no gate. So I could not let my dog off the lead as the chap in the tiny apartment next to it kept opening the vehicular gate and sitting on his doorstep looking out. This also meant that I didn’t feel that my car was securely parked, as people could see it from the street. It is not a very salubrious area. Lots of places boarded up, run down, the nearby canal not even pretty to walk alongside. It is very close to a train station, but I didn’t particularly hear it over the traffic noise. No towel in the kitchen. No tea towel. No bath mat. No instructions for the plug-in hot plate, so I could not work out how to get it to stay on. Had to manage with the microwave. I didn’t get the key box code, or check in instructions until 16.20 (check in time was 16.00), despite asking twice. The instructions need to be sent at least a day before, in case no data or other unforeseen circumstances. I was having to try and look at the instructions whilst driving. If I’d had them earlier, I would have been able to look at Google Maps and been sure of where I was going. I’m an Airbnb host, and have never heard of not getting check-in instructions until after the actual check-in time before. I send mine out a week before..

😊: There were no pillows or blankets. And I think all the instructions should be in English. Everyone does not speak French..
