Le Cosy - T2 hypercentre au calme

😊: Its a great location close to the train station and town.. 😢: We found some dead cockroches in the rooms and two live ones, small but worrying. We informed the staff but nothing was done about it..

😊: The location was great and the Wi-Fi worked well, which I appreciated. .. 😢: However, cleanliness was a real issue. There was dust under the bed, and the bar stool chairs were dirty. The silicone in the bathroom was in poor condition, and I also saw quite a few roaches near the bathroom and kitchen. With a proper deep cleaning and some maintenance, this place could be much better..

😊: It had a kichen.. 😢: There was no washer in the apartment as advertised. It was only after we contacted the host via WhatsApp that we were told it was a shared washer in the basement. The stairs down flexed underfoot and headroom was low. The stairs to the apartment were via a spiral-type staircase. The apartment lacked paper towels, sufficient dishwashing liquid, personal cleaning products (given a small sample and told to purchase ou own).The toilet paper ran out on our last day (only 2 rolls supplied).The wooden floors needed a good mop. As we about to leave we saw a message asking us to strip the beds and empty the bins. That was the first time we were asked to start the cleaning process for all the places we stayed at. There were no instructions for the appliances. The apartment was more cluttered than appears in the photo. We were asked to give it 10 out of 10..

😊: The apartment is very nice. 😢: The apartment is hot in summer and the AC is not well integrated. Furthermore there was only one toilet paper roll for all the staying.
