😢: The downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms — there is only air conditioning in the living room, which made it very difficult to sleep comfortably in August due to the heat. Another disadvantage is the lack of an elevator. The apartment is on the third floor, which can be quite inconvenient for families with small children, especially with a stroller, as well as for elderly people. Apart from that, everything was fine..

😊: We had a realy nice vacation here. Hospitabilaty was great by the owners part. Apartment is very clean and it is in a great position. Near famus French painter Cezzane’ property and park and within 1km is a fast motorway so you can explore Provance anyway you like..

😊: Beautiful apartment, very comfortable. Communication with host was excellent.. 😢: We were out for the day and were contacted by the host unnecessarily requesting us to attend to a bucket of water on the balcony. This problem did not relate to us at all..

😊: Quiet residential area close to a Boulangerie Carrefor Express. and bus stop. Secure private free parking next to entrance. Balcony and well appointed kitchen. Host very helpful. Just near enough to the centre of Aix and right next to Jas de Bouffon.. 😢: Third floor no lift..

😊: The host and I had consistent communication and made all queries from my end all resolved before arrival as well as during our stay despite the language difference. The best is the flat's proximity to the city , walkable within 25 mins and the flat is close to boulangerie and the freeway. It is a quiet flat and there are enough kitchen equipment to use if planning to cook indoor. And there is even a washing machine! For us it was a PERFECT flat and location of choice. Thank you to Virginie & Sandra.. 😢: The bedroom that was not able to access to the balcony. It was permantly locked, not sure why . It was NOT an issue but in the warmer climate it would be good to have the air flow in the day at least..
