😊: Charming cottage, with everything you need. Morgane has gone to great lengths to provide all the small details that make for a beautiful stay- great place, highly recommend!. 😢: It was exceptionally hot when we stayed (over 40c) and the little aircon unit struggled to make any difference in the temperature in the bedroom (upstairs so heat accumulated up there)- that was the only downside to a perfectly put together wee house..

😊: My husband and I has a lovely stay over my birthday weekend at Le Cottage des Chalands. We came for an evening hot air balloon flight, and the cottage was honestly the perfect cosy place to come back to afterwards. The terrace became our favourite little spot for meals. The cottage itself was super clean, comfortable, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the sweetest surprises was the delicious local cheese waiting for us in the fridge. It was such a thoughtful touch from Morgane and made the stay feel even more special and personal. We also had enough time to visit a couple of castles in the area, which made the trip even greater. The location is really perfect for exploring the Loire Valley while still enjoying a calm and quiet place to stay. Thank you again to Morgane for the warm welcome — we would absolutely love to come back one day!. 😢: Nothing really..

😊: A charming little cottage with a pleasant area for relaxing, reading, and eating outside. It's in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, very close to the river. There's a hiking and biking trail leading to Chenonceau Castle. The owner is very friendly and communicative.. 😢: It's quite warm in the attic bedroom during hot weather, but there's a portable air conditioner..
