We loved everything about this lovely home! Thank you Sebastien and Marie-Pierre for making us so comfortable. One piece of advice for other travellers: the bedrooms are only accessible by stairs, and there is no toilet on the upper floor. This was not a problem for us at all, but might be for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, it's perfect!

Charming and spacious cottage an easy walk to all of Rouen's sights. Americans take note: there is a dryer! The bathroom situation is unconventional to US eyes but perfectly normal and workable for French sensibilities. We loved the secure parking site, the amenities, and the gracious host.

A lovely, period cottage, with bags of character.The hosts were very helpful and informative.It is only a short walk into the centre of Rouen, but has some excellent food shops nearby. But do ask where they are because you will never find them unassisted.

We had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location - only 10 minutes walk to the train station (with excellent trains to Paris, if you fancy a day trip to the capital) and the historical town centre. There are two boulangeries and one small supermarket in walking distance (5 minutes). We didn't use our car at all, there's no need given that everything is really close by. We appreciated that we could park our car in the small yard. The house has everything we needed. The owners, Sébastian and Marie Pierre, were really helpful with any questions we had. All in all a great place to stay in Rouen!

It was a delight to stay in this house, we were very comfortable and the hosts are charming - everything was perfect and easy.
