😊: It was well located and close to the train station. It was clean with natural light and comfortable.. 😢: Very bad communication with the costumer service. They didn’t pick up the phone at any point and the messages via WhatsApp were confusing. We asked to have access for our check in after 22:00 which initially they refused but after they confirmed. Although, when we arrived in the location nobody gave us access to the building and they didn’t respond to our messages or calls. We got access in the main entrance through another resident by chance..
