😊: Location. 😢: Dirty, bathroom in strong need of reservation.

😊: Sorry to say but the property is not up to any dissent standard. There was nothing to be liked.. 😢: First at all, the staircase to access to the apartment is old, dirty and smelly. The sink in the kitchen was nasty. The bathroom needs some serious renovation. They did not even care of changing the shower curtain which is old, mouldy and dirty. None of us dared to take a shower. The sofa is dirty too and full of stains. The bed sheets and towels were dirty too. In general the apartment smelled badly and we were almost thinking of moving to another hotel. The only thing we appreciated was the owner coming immediately trying to fix the situation, as much as he could..

😊: Perfect location in the centrum. Appartment is big enough with fully equiped kitchen. The owner Francois is very welcoming, friendly and well-cooperative person. The perfect arrangement of parking place in the nearest underground garage is a great plus point. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in Valence next time.. 😢: To make the appartment perfect I would dare to give advice to do a bathroom renovation..

😊: The location is very good - on the centre..The parking is very near from the apartament.- about 4 min. on foot.The apartament is perfect - you have everything you need. And the owner is very helpful..
