Le Dalí-Duplex au pied de Castillet

😊: L'appartement bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, juste au pied du Castillet, idéal pour visiter Perpignan à pied. Il est propre, bien équipé et la communication a été excellente tout au long du séjour.. 😢: Le principal point négatif est le confort. L'absence de climatisation rend l'appartement très chaud et oblige à ouvrir les fenêtres. Malheureusement, le bruit de la rue (passants, circulation, nettoyage matinal) ainsi que les odeurs de cigarettes et de gaz d'échappement rendent les nuits difficiles, impossible de se reposer..

😊: The location is great, and it's nice and plainly decorated. The host was great and gave us a late checkout, and helped store our luggage. 😢: It needs some lamps in the living room and some new cushions for the bed. The stairs were difficult to navigate with a pram!.

😊: Location. 😢: Unfortunately i was badly bitten by some insects during my stay in this flat, the local pharmacist told me they could be bites of bed bugs. We spotted a weird insect on the sofa the first night, but didn’t think it could be dangerous at first. I had never seen bed bugs before. 7 days after my stay, i’m still covered in hitchy bites , had more than 70 on my arms, back and face. Sharing my experience to save a bad surprise for other people and encouraging the owners/managers to act instead of ignoring the problem..

Soggiorno meraviglioso<br>#128578; Samuele, il proprietario, è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. All’arrivo faceva abbastanza caldo e siccome dentro l’appartamento non c’era l’aria condizionata gli ho chiesto se poteva provvedere ad un ventilatore. È arrivato con due condizionatori portatili! Davvero stupefacente!

Great location absolutely ideal...<br>#128578; The apartment is very well located, thirty seconds walk from Perpignan's main attraction, Le Castillet is very confortable with a well equiped kitchen, cosy living area with a comfortable double bed. The apartment is absolutely ideal for a stay in Perpignan! 👍
