Le Delacroix SCLS - Wifi, Clim, Piscine

😊: The apartment is in Cannes. The staff responded quickly.. 😢: I always try to leave honest and fair feedback. The apartment is very tired and needs complete redecoration. The bed linen is old and the pillows, duvet are also old and need replacing. The outside of the apartment also needs a refurb as the plaster is cracked, missing in places..it isn't welcoming. When opening the door it catches on the laminate flooring and there are black marks as a result of this. Some of the skirting also needs replacing as it has 'blown' and the paint has come away. The patio is dirty, cracked tiles, there is mould and the table, chairs and table cloth...all old and dirty. We also had no idea how to operate the android tv, and there are no instructions how to do so.The apartment is also located on a hill, so if we did not have a car, we would have been isolated. The apartment needs a complete refurb. But, the staff always responded quickly when contacted, which was good. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, we would not stay again...we expected a higher standard of decoration, repair and much better linen..

(Un sac sous le lit ! Un rouleau de papier toilette vide qui trainait dans la sdb, de la poussière et le sol granuleux, fourmis…) - Etat vétuste : difficile d’ouvrir la baie vitrée, barrière balcon rouillée. - inconfortable : sans clim donc chaleur étouffante dans les chambres, bcp de vis à vis fenêtre chambre, pas de volet (rideaux) donc lumière du jour très tôt ! Étroitesse des pièces !
