Good value for money<br>#128578; It is situated on the ground-floor, which is desirable with a baby. Free parking next door is easy and convenient. All the necessary equipment is available. Very nice restaurants on walking distance. Also close-by Rennes.<br>#128577; The mattress could be a little harder. Washing machine could be more useful with a manual. It's hard to mention didn't likes.
