😊: Good location. 😢: Our stay was very disappointing. The property did not match the listing in several important ways. It advertised a 24-hour front desk, but there was no reception, and communication was difficult due to limited English. The "parking" highlight was also misleading, as only on-street parking was available. The apartment was not properly prepared for our arrival. The sofa bed was dirty and uncomfortable, bedding for all guests was not ready despite our booking for four people, and the main bed had missing slats. The towels smelled unpleasant, toilet paper ran out with no replacement, and the staircase was dirty and felt unsafe, especially with children and luggage. The building itself did not feel secure because the front door would not close properly. With no air conditioning or mosquito screens, we had to keep the windows open in hot weather, making it difficult to sleep due to mosquitoes. Overall, the accommodation was below an acceptable standard and did not reflect the description on Booking.com. We would not recommend staying here..
