😊: The only thing I liked about the apartment was its central location.. 😢: Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. The apartment looks nice at first and appears to have been renovated, including the bathroom, but it is extremely poorly maintained and, most importantly, very dirty. On the very first day, I walked barefoot inside the apartment and my feet became completely black from the dirt on the floor. I have photos to prove this and will attach them to the review. I also found large spiders inside the apartment, including one that I had to kill. I will attach a photo of it as well. The bed linen was in an unacceptable condition: extremely wrinkled, as if it had simply been taken out of the washing machine and placed directly on the bed. Some pillows were also missing pillowcases. When I arrived, there were towels and bed linen inside the washing machine, apparently still being washed. They remained there for hours, and the bed linen that was eventually put on the bed was still extremely wrinkled and did not even feel or smell particularly fresh and clean. The overall impression was that the apartment is cleaned at the very last minute, immediately before the next guest arrives, without a proper inspection of the apartment afterward. The apartment had apparently been available the day before my arrival, so there was plenty of opportunity to clean it properly in advance. Another major problem is the communication. They provide a concierge phone number and say that guests can contact them if they have any problems, but nobody responds. Before my arrival, I sent several messages through Booking.com, sent SMS messages, and called multiple times to ask whether I could check in earlier. I even said that I would be willing to pay for an early check-in. I never received a response. When I arrived, one hour before the official check-in time, the key was not even available in the lockbox. The key is apparently only made available exactly at 5:00 PM. And honestly, a 5:00 PM check-in is extremely late. The apartment is also extremely hot..

😊: The apartment was very central and very comfortable. We initially had some problems but Maxim was able to rectify the situation for us so we enjoyed our stay in Chartres.. 😢: The electronic door lock was extremely difficult to use and very temperamental. It would be better to have a normal key operated door lock..
