😊: Very nice, rather big house with interesting cosy interior There are many domestic details inside The kitchen is well-equipped but of course the order and tidiness depend on not only the owner but on the previous tourists too Unfortunately some people before our stay have broken several plates And it’s just my advice to clean up the house inside and the territory outside a little bit better The location of the accommodation is the ideal for visit not only Étretat but other small villages and big city’s like Ruen all around The big advantage of the house is the free private parking.

😊: The location, the parking, the garden, the kitchen, the living room. 😢: House was cold. Heating not working and guests cannot turn it on. Shower is difficult to use. DVD player not working - we fixed it ourselves. Not enough toilet rolls and no warning to bring some..

😊: Well located. 15 min walking distance to village. 20 min walking distance to beach.. 😢: Kitchen equipment very bad quality and damaged. Difficult to cook a decent meal. We asked for better material what arrived on our last day. Unfortunately old stuff as well. Shower didn’t work properly, drain blocked, despite cleaning it by ourselves, stayed blocked. Owner didn’t respond. Garden not very inviting for outdoor dinners or breakfast..
