😊: The location is excellent near the centre of town with a fantastic sea view.. 😢: Cleanliness and maintenace were poor. The balconies were very dirty with loads of bird poo on the floor and seating - we had to arrange an additional clean, The toilet had a lot of limescale, The floors had fluff in places. Maintenance was poor: The bathroom sink plug didn't work, the overhead shower had the water leaking out horizontally so was useless, and there was a socket not attached to the wall and was dangerous. The second bedroom is separated from the main bedroom by a sliding door. It has no windows, is cramped and gets very hot and stuffy. Getting into the property was a challenge as all the intructions were in French..
