Le frontalier appart

😊: The apartment is VERY large, brand new, with top brand appliances, run by total incompetents, unfortunately! Bring some cleaning wipes, give it a good clean and you will be alright!. 😢: When we arrived, both the building code AND the apartment code were wrong. I had to drive further into France, as Switzerland is not included in my roaming, just to send a WA and make a call! I received the codes and the apartment was without towels, dirty dishes into the dishwasher, dirty table, and the water heater was set to 60 degrees! I had to re-contact the handler to ask for the towels and he had the guts to ask me if I "would like to wait until morning"! After 20 minutes, he/she left the towels outside the front door, without ringing or making any kind of contact! Fortunately, the bed was clean! Now, I keep receiving subscription requests from Loom, because I had to watch a video to learn the WRONG code, AFTER being forced to register! Total incompetent(s)!.

😊: We had a very good stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy thanks to clear instructions and helpful videos. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, and we appreciated the late check-out. The location is also very convenient - well positioned between the airport, Basel, and Mulhouse, which made getting around very easy. Overall, a comfortable place and a reliable host, definitely recommended..

😊: The apartment was very close to the tram line making easy access to the city. The kitchen was very modern and had lots of equipment.. 😢: Lack of furniture in the bedroom, could do with a small bedside locker or shelf.

😊: Everything was perfect, like brand new and very clean.. 😢: I wish I had known in advance that hot water is not available until 8:00 am..

😊: Appartment is big and clean. Location is very good, less than 100 meters from bus station and Swiss border. You can come to Basel in 10 minutes by bus. Our host was very kind and helpful, provided us all information.. 😢: The only small issue that we knew before we arrived is that the first supermarket in France is more than 1 km away from appartment. But it's really not big deal..
