😊: The apartment is big and quite new and there is all that you need for a short stay. Heating worked very well. The position is perfect: you are quite close to the train station and to the city center, and you have a supermarket just across the road. The bed in the room on the first floor was comfortable.. 😢: The bathroom is on the first floor, while the toilet is on the ground floor, so you must be aware that you're going to use the staircase quite often... There were some stains on the sofa in the living room..

😊: The only positive is the location The location is about a ten minute walk to most tourist sites. 😢: The property was very dirty, it looked like it had not been cleaned in months Every light fitting was dusty and had cobwebs, windows had cobwebs, the sofa was very stained, the kettle was dirty and dusty, there is black mould in the shower and black mould in the bathroom sink The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed, there was an extractor fan in the kitchen was thick with dust Generally this apartment was not clean and I took photos as soon as I walked in The check in is at 5pm which i think is quite late and not in line with the industry standard, they just was to charge for earlier check in There seem to be many Airbnbs and apartments in Limoges which are all run by the same company Alphino - so I would not recommend this company based on the lack of cleanliness I would add more photos to this review but the maximum number you can add is 4.
