Le Germinal - Studio climatisé calme proche du métro

😊: Nice little place, with small kitchen. Close to transport, near university. Looks much better on inside than out! Comfortable for short stay. No windows, but has large skylights which were good. Not far from trains, supermarket and restaurants. Good value and friendly host.. 😢: Lacked proper cooking equipment, we like to cook at home. It was a little difficult with so few items. Bed was fine, bathroom was a little strange. Shower is too low to stand, so must sit in bath. I just had baths instead which I enjoyed anyway. Smell was much better after garbage collection day, as bins for complex are inside..

😊: It’s a very charming little studio and I loved that it had a bath, this felt like a slice of home to me. It has basically every thing that you need and is very close to the Metro.. 😢: The mattress/bed is not the most comfortable. The air con makes a horrendous noise every couple minutes, it’s the worst when it’s on but it also happens when it’s off. It made sleeping a little challenging. It would also be good to advertise the construction going on..

😊: It is very well located and the apartment has all you need. There is a nice small kitchen, a bathtub, a TV, and Air Conditioning. The ceiling windows are so nice, and they let in very good light.. 😢: The bathtub doesn't have a curtain but it works to shower sitting. The sound insulation of the apartment could be better, but it's mostly quiet around..
