😊: The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything you would need to cook if you wish to. Lovely bakery around the corner within a minutes walk, so there is no need to cook if you do not want to. Also, it's very quiet.. 😢: There is nothing disappointing about this apartment..

😊: This is a very big apartment in the very centre of attractive Bessines sur Gartemps. There's a clear effort to please, it's nicely furnished with some high spec stuff, and it all feels very new. The bar is across the square and on Wednesday (I'm not promising every week!) there was a pizza wagon in the square as well. Street parking was no problem.. 😢: I think it's teething problems - a crib sheet would be nice, giving the wifi password and maybe reminding those of us not familiar with induction hobs that the pan has to ALREADY BE on the ring before you switch it on. (!!) Also there's a washing machine - great! - but nowhere we could find to actually dry the washing. Some early morning lorry noise in the square, double glazing good at shutting it out..
