Le Gîte City Haut de gamme, Jardin, Piscine

😊: Beautiful peaceful location, incredibly quiet, even though it is by a road, there are virtually no cars, about one an hour! Perfect location for visiting lots of incredibly picturesque towns and villages nearby.. 😢: Not a show stopper, but I was sent the directions and key code for both properties, one was in French, the other in English. I presumed (wrongly) that the one in English was for the property I had hired, however it was not and therefore the instructions and key code were incorrect. Secondly, it is not sufficiently clear on the Booking.com site that you share the location with the owner and another group of guests. The website states you have the 'entire place to yourself', and there are then pictures of the whole building, garden and pool, so it can easily be assumed that you are hiring the entire place. It is only in the Q&A where someone has asked if the pool is shared that it becomes clear that it is all shared. Thankfully I spotted this before arriving, but did not know before booking, so was initially annoyed and disappointed (before arrival). Thankfully, the place is beautiful and not busy, so was not a problem..
