😊: Good size and location. 😢: No WiFi, but this was as described. Bed linen not great.

😊: The garden is excellent and also provides off street parking. The property is located approximately 15 minute walk to the historic town centre and also well situated for supermarkets and shops.. 😢: On arrival it was instantly clear that the property was not clean and had minimal cleaning done since the last guests departed. There were dog hairs on furniture and even on the kitchen sponge. The toilet door will not shut and the toilet smelt of stale urine. The pictures that we saw when booking are very misleading and the property is crying out to be decorated. The hot water is dangerously hot and would easily scold if you are not careful, the temperature should be lowered as it could cause serious harm to a child. There is also newspaper stuffed into holes in the wall/ceiling which I can only imagine is an effort to stop drafts..

😊: The location was great for me, on the edge of town. There is an Aldi at the end of the road for shopping etc. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely book again.. 😢: I struggled to find the property as Google will put you in the wrong place at the road. The property as right on the T junction. The owner also said that the key safe is on the stone pillar on the left. But you need to be on the inside looking out and not the outside looking in. I was tired after riding for 10 hours and it was pouring with rain, so I’m putting that down to me..
