😊: The location is great, if you want peace and quiet. There's a very nice outside are, with a great view of the hills beyond. The apartment has a lot of character and they owner has a very friendly dog. 😢: The place has a damp issue. You can smell it as soon as you walk in, and my clothes still smell of it now. Its a part of an old farm that used to contain animals, and I don't think it's been damp proofed properly. This isn't helped by the fact that anything longer than 3 minutes in the shower results with it overflowing and flooding the bathroom floor. The place is generally not very clean either. Dirty cutlery in the draws as an example. It needs a good clean and some attention paying to the damp issues..
